The MEQ Logis琀椀cs Support Project Manager is
responsible for the comprehensive management of
medical equipment (MEQ) logis琀椀cs throughout the
project lifecycle. This role ensures seamless coordina琀椀on
between Owners, design teams, Contractors, and
Vendors to facilitate the 琀椀mely procurement, delivery,
installa琀椀on, and ac琀椀va琀椀on of MEQ. They proac琀椀vely
manage logis琀椀cs challenges, mi琀椀gate risks, and keep
projects on schedule and within budget.
Cri琀椀cal responsibili琀椀es include:
• Logis琀椀cs Planning & Coordina琀椀on – Develop,
review, and manage MEQ logis琀椀cs schedules and
budgets.
• Stakeholder Communica琀椀on & Facilita琀椀on –
Serve as the primary liaison between Owners,
Contractors, Vendors, and project teams.
• MEQ Delivery & Installa琀椀on Oversight – Ensure
the right equipment is at the right place at the
right 琀椀me for seamless installa琀椀on.
• Department & User Mee琀椀ng Coordina琀椀on –
Facilitate collabora琀椀on between departments,
end-users, and project teams.
• Design & Construc琀椀on Team Integra琀椀on – Align
MEQ logis琀椀cs with overall project schedules and
construc琀椀on milestones.
• Problem Resolu琀椀on – Iden琀椀fy and mi琀椀gate risks
related to equipment procurement, staging, and
installa琀椀on.
• Project Accoun琀椀ng & Documenta琀椀on – Track
logis琀椀cs costs, manage contracts, and ensure
compliance with project requirements.
• Team Support & Collabora琀椀on – Foster a
proac琀椀ve, solu琀椀on-driven environment to keep all
stakeholders aligned.
By providing dedicated MEQ logis琀椀cs oversight, the
Project Manager ensures a predictable, e昀케cient, and
fully opera琀椀onal healthcare facility upon project
comple琀椀on.
