Logis琀椀cs.
Our MEQ Logis琀椀cs Support team specializes in 琀椀mely and e昀昀ec琀椀ve Medical Equipment procurement,
delivery, deployment, tes琀椀ng, acceptance and closeout. Our core goal is to manage MEQ Logis琀椀cs for
a successful Go-Live experience. With this goal in mind, our team provides the following key tasks for
each assignment:
•
Perform peer reviews of the Contract Documents and Medical Equipment Drawings
to con昀椀rm coordina琀椀on between the mul琀椀ple disciplines including MEQ, Technology and
Construc琀椀on documents,
•
Cross reference the Medical Equipment Procurement Log with the Contract Documents to
verify structure, space, u琀椀lity, and technology requirements are accurately coordinated,
•
Review the Medical Equipment planner’s procurement schedule and ensure all MEQ is being
delivered and installed in alignment with the Project Schedule,
•
Perform onsite “Room Readiness” construc琀椀on job observa琀椀ons at mul琀椀ple construc琀椀on
milestones and immediately prior to Medical Equipment arrival to ensure room readiness,
•
Provide onsite MEQ logis琀椀cs coordina琀椀on to include oversight of shipping/delivery
scheduling, dock management, deployment, installa琀椀on, and ac琀椀va琀椀on.
