ACTION TRACKER
Another key deliverable we populate in this phase is the Ac琀椀on Tracker. This tool acts as an
extension of the CPM schedule and further details the cri琀椀cal task items to include the task/
ac琀椀on, responsible party, applicable notes, due date, and progress/updates.
mSP has developed an internal Move & Ac琀椀va琀椀on Checklist that we u琀椀lize as a star琀椀ng point
and it typically captures 95% of the cri琀椀cal task items. The remaining 5% is captured through
coordina琀椀on with the Project Team for unique project speci昀椀c items.
