MOVE MANUAL
Majority of the end-users have minimal
par琀椀cipa琀椀on in the Move & Ac琀椀va琀椀on
planning but are, of course, directly a昀昀ected
by it. The Move Manual is the comprehensive
tool we use to clearly communicate the details
with the end-users to ensure everyone is
aware of the Who, What, When, and Where
of a move. The manual covers things like
how to pack workspaces, what and where to
label items for the move, inventory trackers
for all items being moved, details on how to
access their new space, what to expect when
arriving, and how to report issues should they
arise. In our experience, presen琀椀ng this level
of detail helps all end-users be well informed
and provides a stress-free experience for
what can be a stressful situa琀椀on.
