MOVE DAY / WEEK SCHEDULE
The Move Day / Week Schedule provides granular details of Move & Ac琀椀va琀椀on ac琀椀vi琀椀es.
This schedule allows us to break down every ac琀椀vity that is occurring in a par琀椀cular week
and/or day to the micro level and track the hour-by-hour details; including dock and
elevator reserva琀椀ons, speci昀椀c equipment move 琀椀mes, and sequen琀椀al tasks that have a
昀椀nish to start rela琀椀onship.

GO-LIVE
Go-Live is where all the planning, e昀昀ort, collabora琀椀on, and hard work pay o昀昀. This is day the
Owner is fully opera琀椀on and begins using the space for its intended use, to treat pa琀椀ents.
If we’ve executed our Move & Ac琀椀va琀椀on phase correctly, Go-Live is a momentous occasion for
the Owner and they can focus on their opera琀椀ons. However, there are always opportuni琀椀es
that arise during Go-Live, and it is our job to support the Owner during this 琀椀me. The most
e昀昀ec琀椀ve way we have found to accomplish this is to con琀椀nue providing onsite presence and
establish a Command Center.
COMMAND CENTER
The Command Center is managed by our team and the Owner’s Designated
Representa琀椀ve (ODR). We are the Point of Contact (POC) for any opportuni琀椀es that
arise related to project design, construc琀椀on, or FF&E and the ODR is the single point
of contact for opera琀椀onal challenges. By appoin琀椀ng these two representa琀椀ves, we
can avoid confusion & miscommunica琀椀on, manage issues e昀케ciently, and resolve all
opportuni琀椀es expedi琀椀ously.
