PROJECT CLOSEOUT PHASE
The Project Closeout Phase is where our Move & Ac琀椀va琀椀on team ramps down and assists in
the transi琀椀on from project to hospital opera琀椀ons. Our team supports the Owner as needed for
a successful transi琀椀on, but there are four main items we typically focus on; Post Move Support,
Decommissioning, Warran琀椀es, and Lessons Learned.

POST MOVE SUPPORT
Our team believes it is prudent for the end users to live in and operate the project space
for a minimum of (90) days before making any major changes. However, we also understand
that opportuni琀椀es arise once the end users are opera琀椀ng the space, and our team u琀椀lizes a
Post-Move Follow Up Form to help accurately submit, sort, and track items that need to be
resolved.

DECOMMISSIONING
If decommissioning of exis琀椀ng space is required, our team will plan, facilitate, and execute the
ac琀椀vi琀椀es. This is a project speci昀椀c task and is evaluated during the planning phase.

WARRANTIES
There are various warran琀椀es the Owner needs that are important to their opera琀椀ons;
typically medical equipment, furniture, and other FF&E. While the respec琀椀ve consultants
are responsible for assembling the warran琀椀es, our team will assist the Owner to ensure all
applicable warran琀椀es are received and organized.

LESSONS LEARNED
As in any good project management process, Lessons Learned are a key aspect to con琀椀nually
improve processes and provide an improved product for future projects. Our team will perform
post-move interviews, assemble documenta琀椀on, and distribute to the project team.
